Dr Gustav Kamfer

I’m a born and bred local; I attended school and I matriculated in Mossel Bay.   As in any profession, dentistry has its own unique challenges, but what makes starting each work-day worthwhile, is the human interaction involved. Because most of our procedures require multiple visits by our patients, it is an opportunity for us to form relationships with them. And at the end of the day, it’s not just a patient walking out of our doors, but also a new friend.

Since dentistry is a very demanding profession, and requires a lot of concentration in order to give each patient the best care, it is important that I take enough time for myself and ‘recharge my batteries’. I do this in nature. And for me, this means spending time alongside the ocean, on the ocean and in the ocean.
